CEO & Co-Founder
The driving force behind Allamanda Homes LLP, Kirith D’Souza is qualified in
Hospitality Management and has worked for the Taj Group and ITC Welcomgroup
as a chef.
He branched out on his own and formed Allamanda Homes to offer exclusivity
through one-of-a-kind homes in Goa, exquisitely crafted in the European
tradition, with the highest levels of comfort. He has put together a strong
local team covering design, construction, approvals, and on-time delivery,
along with a dedicated hospitality team.
Chairman & Founder
Julian D’Souza holds an MBA from London Business School and is the Regional
Director for South Asia at The Conference Board.
With leadership experience across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, he brings
strong business acumen and global expertise to his role as a partner at
Allamanda Homes LLP.
