Kirith D’Souza is the driving force behind Allamanda Homes LLP. He is qualified in Hospitality Management and as a Chef has worked for the Taj Group and ITC Welcomgroup.
He branched out on his own and formed Allamanda Homes to offer exclusivity through one-of-a-kind homes in Goa, exquisitely crafted in the European tradition, with the highest levels of comfort. He has put together a team in Goa, who are experts in plot selection, liaison with authorities, architectural design, superior construction and on-time delivery. He has formed a dedicated hospitality team for Allamanda Homes.

Julian D’Souza has an MBA from the prestigious London Business School and is the Regional Director, South Asia at The Conference Board (TCB). With work experience (including CEO positions) in Germany, India, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and Russia,
Julian has a strong business focus and extensive experience in engaging and meeting the needs of customers. This qualifies him admirably as a partner in the real estate development venture of Allamanda Homes LLP.
